  • Project details, such as project type, ADU type, foundation type, roof and attic information, and heating, cooling and water heating systems
  • Project plans and any other files you upload
  • Any notes or instructions you include

Payment information. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Contact form. If you use our contact form, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number and message.

Website usage. Like most websites, our site and our advertising partners, including Google, may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure the effectiveness of our ads.

  • To register compliance documents with CHEERS and support the permitting process, where required

Our Services

We prepare residential Title 24 energy compliance reports and related documents for California projects, based on the plans and information you provide.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide complete, accurate and current plans and project information
  • Tell us promptly about design changes that affect the energy compliance calculations
  • Review the report before submitting it and let us know if anything does not match your project

Our reports rely on the information you provide. Missing, incorrect or changed information can delay the work or require revisions.

Orders, Payment and Turnaround

Fees are shown at the time of order and are paid when you order. Turnaround times are estimates. Work can be delayed while we wait for required information or clarifications from you.

Revisions and Cancellations

If plan check comments or project changes require updates to your report, contact us. For questions about cancellations or refunds, please contact us and we will work with you.

Permits and Approvals

Permit approval and inspections are decided by the local building department and other authorities, not by us. Building departments may request corrections or additional information.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
